The remaining acreage is now part of the Naples Manor subdivision, which is home to more than 300 beautiful single-family residences. The first homes in the community were built around the early 1980s while recent homes were built in mid 1990s.

Although Naples Manor is a separate subdivision from Stonegate and also has a separate homeowners association, these two adjacent communities share some amenities which are all available for residents of both communities. Aside from the Northwest Branch Park and the museum, residents of the two subdivisions have access to the Stonegate Park, Northwest Branch Golf Course, and the Stonegate Swim Club.

Residents of the community can enjoy the 27-hole golf course, which is designed to provide an exciting and challenging game to experts and beginners. Expert golfers can play at their level in the traditional 18-hole golf course while beginners can play a quick round of golf at the 9-hole golf course. The golf course facility comes with lighted stalls, which are heated and covered thus allowing golfers to still practice even when it is raining.

The Stonegate Swim Club is one of the amazing facilities within the 2 subdivisions. The club has a competitive swim team. Access to the private pools requires a yearly membership fee per family. Facilities within the swim club include a kiddie pool, high dives, and volleyball. There is also a table tennis, gazebo, and gas grills.

Other facilities within the community are basketball courts, tennis courts, and a large athletic field that is usually used for soccer games, Frisbee, and flying kites.
